What to wear…
Comfortable gym clothes which don’t restrict your movement, particularly while squatting are ideal for CrossFit.
As for shoes, just sneakers/joggers will be fine however if you have a pair of ‘flatter soled shoes’ these will allow you to attain better positioning in some movements we teach. Please don’t buy shoes specifically for CrossFit before you begin, talk to us first so we can share our advice.
There is a selection of specific CrossFit equipment available however non of this is essential and certainly not required for you to begin.
